A dimension snaps to wall faces, corners and door jambs — the marker under the cursor says which. Hold Shift to place it anywhere.

Nothing by that name. Try a plainer word — seat, table, fridge, cctv.
Plan details
Title shows above the plan; the disclaimer sits underneath. Both are included in exports.
Orientation
Turns the whole property — every level together, so floors stay lined up. Room names and notes stay the right way up; furniture and the north arrow turn with the building. Ctrl/⌘+A selects everything on this level, then R rotates just that.
Branding
Sits in the corner of the plan and prints on every export — JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG. Large images are scaled down when imported so the plan file stays small.

Tick Licensed area on each room that's part of the application, and set a Type on the walls, fences and barriers that enclose it.
